- No changes to cancer treatment
- No interpretation of laboratory results
- No claim that an esthetic procedure treated a medical condition
Privacy review
De-identify before publication.
Names, birth dates, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, medical-record numbers, and unnecessary identifying dates are removed. Photographs are used only when the contributor confirms appropriate written publication permission.
When a medical diagnosis is relevant background, it is described only as information previously provided by the client or healthcare team.

No fabricated, simulated, or AI-generated case will be presented as real. A hypothetical teaching example must be labeled Educational Scenario.
