H&G Advanced Skin Institute
H&G Advanced Skin Institute develops practical education for licensed estheticians working with clients who need additional consideration.
Our focus is professional judgment: asking relevant questions, adapting an elective service, documenting decisions, and recognizing when to postpone or refer. Oncology-supportive esthetics and K-OBI form the Institute’s most developed educational focus.
The Institute now offers an NCEA COA–approved course. Florida provider approval and approval of individual Florida CE courses are separate; current Florida course applications remain under review.

Explore the CourseThe Institute grew from Anna Kosichenko’s esthetic practice and charitable oncology-supportive events in Tampa Bay. Those appointments helped shape a broader educational purpose: supporting thoughtful decisions when a familiar service routine no longer fits the client’s needs.
Anna developed K-OBI to organize relevant client information, visible skin observations, service limitations, and documentation within a non-medical framework. It remains an authored, provisional approach that requires formal evaluation.
